    Scanner is nice,BUT had problem with black lines on documents.

    It works well with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC . However, black lines appear on the side and bottom of documents scanned, so I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. However, it could be a software problem. Although I used the HP scanning software and still had black lines.

    Not for Windows 11

    This could be a great scanner, unless you have upgraded to Win 11. Once it goes to sleep with Windows 11 the computer won't recognize it. After much searching for a solution this is a common issue and neither Microsoft or HP seemed to be concerned about it. Most the time a reboot will get it working again, or in the computer services you can stop and start the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA). That is not what someone wants to do with a peripheral, it should work when called to work. For other operating systems this might be a great scanner, I am disappointed.

    Fantastic for the price!

    I don’t hand out 5 stars every day, so this is a really good thing. The ease of operation is made for a child of 10 to be able to set up. Right after I powered it up I scanned a document in less than a minute! I only wish I had bought a wireless unit, but I think those run about 500 to 600 bucks, anyway, this one is great for the price. Try and find a new one with a great deal because they are not cheap for sure.

    Very professional scanner. Has lots of optios. You just need to spend a little time refining what options you want. Very easy set up. Up and running very quickly. I would recommend this product to anybody who needs commercial level scanning abilities.

    Worth the money

    Very Pleased Software quite intuitive - Document Feed is awesome. For Black & White Document feeder use minus 40 to save. Searchable pdf very smooth operation - though have to rotate every other page most of the time before saving. For the price this is a great scanner.
