    Wrong color

    Steps work great, but I ordered portobello, which should have been a brown color, but I received a gray one. Once I finally got it assembled, which was no easy task (pieces did not snap together with ease, took quite a bit of strength and force), I realized that it was the wrong color. It was just way too much of a hassle to take it apart, package the pieces and mail back so we kept it and are using it. Totally functional, just doesn’t match our tub and cover 😐

    I'm the fourth pissed off customer to order these steps getting the wrong color I don't need a couple of bucks to keep it . Try to get the order right

    Strong and durable.

    The two step devise is a solid unit - good construction. I don't use it for a pool but as back door steps and since it's easily to move, to reach areas I clean around my home.

    Excellent Hot Tub Steps at a Fantastic Price!

    Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first considering the very economical price when compared to other options, but the reviews were very good so I gave it a shot. The color is exactly what I expected, the assembly took about 60 seconds, and it is VERY, VERY sturdy. I would buy this again without hesitation.
