A footnote: My bike uses the same bolt that secures the top of the radiator to hold the top center of the crash bars. I chose to use a larger bolt to increase the strength of this connection.

Had to look at the listing pictures really closely. Seem fairly sturdy, but they can be wiggled a little. So not sure how they will hold up if the bike tips on its side.
