    The Bose Radio was received in great condition, very well protected in its shipping box and we were excited to test it out. Unfortunately this model requires a remote and this was missing. I contacted boseconnectco and they were willing to send a remote. This arrived yesterday. We tested the radio and cd and both work exactly as described. This seller is obviously willing to engage with their customer to fix issues and they supply product exactly as described. Recommended.

    A nice find

    The radio functions well and sounds great. The only thing I wish I had looked at more closely is the fact that this is just a radio. Would have liked it more if it played cds but I worked it out . I bought another brand stand alone cd player and plugged it into the auxilliary portion of the Bose radio, Another thing that might be nice is the remote but I'll get one later. I like the radio good quality sound.

    My radio was repaired but no longer has ...

    My radio was repaired but no longer has battery back up due to the new board that is installed. I was told to use a 9v battery but it does not fit and the battery cover will not fit. Again my radio works like new but I would have liked to have know in advance I was loosing the battery back up. They also fixed my display which was a plus. They did do good work on the repair. Thank you.

    Bose wave radio

    If you’re looking for a radio with an unprecedented sound, well this radio as a stand-alone system works great without the need for an external system.     Older Bose Wave Radio Still works Great

    I like the Bose Wave Radio features. The fact that they have backup batteries to keep the clock going and the settings held in case of a power outage is great. Also the fact that the clock automatically dims and brightens based on the room lighting is great. The radios sound very good too. For an older used radio, it is very good.

    Rating of Bose Wave Radio AWR1-1W

    This is a great product. I ordered a brand new Bose at Christmas but sent it back because the quality was not as good as the older ones, primarily the volume of sound. The newer ones will not go as high as the older ones, in my opinion. Whomever had this radio before me took very good care of it and I buy from that person/entity again.
