The loudspeakers were shipped with insufficient packing material in a deteriorated cardboard box. The seller sent the buyer the following message before the loudspeakers were shipped, "I will ship it with very much care". The loudspeakers were not "shipped with very much care". The seller does not accept returns and the buyer has requested a full refund of $702.59 without sending the loudspeakers back to the seller. The loudspeakers needs repairing.
