Upon powering the drive up I saw it had some bad sectors. I started a return, and the Server Part Deals people were very friendly and issued a refund promptly. While the specific drive I ordered had issues, I would still buy from the seller again in the future. At this point, through no fault of the seller, I had to go through the eIS process of ordering a new drive and returning the old one to eBay’s warehouse. Not a big deal, but as I was ordering a new drive, I was hit with $46 duty, which would’t have happened for a replacement.
