    Wrist saver

    Mixing separated oil into concrete-like peanut butter is a necessary trade-off when opting for products without hydrogenated oils found in most commercial offerings. Doing this with a stiff knife is effective, but stresses the hands and wrists, and can aggravate arthritic swelling and pain. This item does the trick: Easy to use, cleans up nicely, and does a very good job of mixing. I bought two; one for myself and another for a friend with chronic hand pain and weakness due to health problems. She loves this, and is going back to non-hydrogenated products. This product was a featured recommended gadget on a popular PBS cooking show, which initially got my attention. Ordering a two-pack was a good deal, and included free S&H.
