The seller walked me through how to use it, and it turns out my DVD player is actually faulty, and the seller helped me figure that out! The remote works just fine, my DVD player is the problem. I will be purchasing another DVD player to use with this remote, and I'm very grateful for all of this seller's help and attentiveness to detail. Shipping was fast and all was great!
