    The AC Legg Blend 10 Sausage Seasoning w...

    The AC Legg Blend 10 Sausage Seasoning works very well on ground venison in which 30% BEEF Fat has been added. Always taste-test the seasoning by frying a small piece of the mixture. Add more seasoning if needed. I also add red pepper. This seasoning is the best I have found for venison.

    Very good taste and easy to use. We add I tablespoon of dry sage to three tablespoons of legs. Then 1 tablespoon of that per pound of pork. Wonderful
