        Remote control

        The machine operates fine , but I'm not able to use the remote except to open and close the DVD door. No other function works, not even the ON/ OFF button. Also no instructions were included with this unit. Thank you, George

        Product will work but sound and picture not very good. Remote did not work. Looks like batteries had been left in it and had acid residue.

        Best VCR in my book!

        I am old-school and still use a VCR. This is the third one of this make and model that I have purchased. It is easy to set up and use and has a great picture.
