      Carousel brings back memories

      This is the carousel. I remember my family played nonstop at Christmas time. Brings bsck so many memories. This is a gift for my daughter to carry on the tradition. She is very excited to do so. The carousel looks just the way I remember. The buyer was very quick in responding and sending and I appreciate that very much.

      Everything was good except the volume. I have no pictures of the item, but the horses worked well

      It was not disclosed in the sales pitch, but the volume was bad on the Calliope. It would work good on the low setting it would work good on the highest setting, but in between you got nothing but static I was surprised that someone was such a good record would not have mentioned the problem with the volume of the Calliope. I'm not asking to have it returned. I am just surprised that it was not mentioned.

      I had one of these sets lifted to me. I grew quite annoyed with it and sold it. I didn't realize how much my daughter loved the set. She is now going to get this set for Christmas. This set is perfect, except the speaker is a bit crackely when the volume is adjusted.
