Great phone system.....This phone eliminates ALL spam calls!
I LOVE this phone system! It has COMPLETELY eliminated annoying spam calls, phony sales calls, and calls where the caller blocks their phone # from caller ID. I was getting 4-8 of these annoying calls every day. Now after one week of using this phone system I have had NONE!! To set the phone # blocking feature up, you must manually enter each phone # you want to allow to go through to your ringer. These phone #s are then stored on the phone's allowed list of #s. This does take a little bit of time, but you only do it only once for each # you want to allow. You then set the phone to send all non-allowed #s to either go directly to the built-in answering machine or to be blocked completely. Either way the phone does NOT RING if the # has not been set up as allowed and you are not ... I LOVE this phone system! It has COMPLETELY eliminated annoying spam calls, phony sales calls, and calls where the caller blocks their phone # from caller ID. I was getting 4-8 of these annoying calls every day. If you see that you missed a call from someone that you did want to hear from who is not on the allowed list, you just add that # to the allowed list of calls. Again, you only do that once and then any future calls from that # will ring. Spam callers usually do not leave messages anyway so not hearing the phone ring when they call is the problem solver! I set the system to send all non-allowed calls directly to the answering machine. This way if the call was indeed from someone I would want to hear from, they can leave a message for me just like if I was not home at the time they called. The allowed list has room for 200 phone #s to be entered which is more than enough for a household. The phone handsets are very comfortable to hold and the display on the handsets is very well laid out and easy to use. My only negative comments: 1) The phone handsets do not blink when there is a message for you on the answering machine. You must look at the handset display that will read there are messages waiting for you. 2) There is no clip on the phone to wear the phone on a belt. Final comment....This phone system works exactly how I would want it to!

Don't buy this phone
I would not recommend. The battery is nearly impossible to access because the door cannot be removed without using a screwdriver to pry it open. Two of the handsets work fine but the third keeps malfunctioning. If you can get to the battery, remove it, then plug it back in, the handset works for a week or two. Then it malfunctions again.

I love the call block!! No longer does the phone ring incessantly. People who call must leave their name in order for the call to go through. This is great!!! The only thing I was disappointed in is that there was not clip to the handset which would have been a great feature when using the speaker. Our old phones had a clip which made it convenient to talk and work at the same time. That is the reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5.I love the call block!! No longer does the phone ring incessantly. People who call must leave their name in order for the call to go through. This is great!!! The only thing I was disappointed in is that there was not clip to the handset which would have been a great feature when using the speaker. This is really a sophisticated set from AT&T. Our most favorite is the Block List feature to block those Sale Calls or Scammers. The fonts are big, they are highly readable. The look of the phones are fancy but light. It has 10 Ring tones to choose from. We are happy we bought the set.

Great phone excellent features good value for your money.
This was a replacement phone for the one that I had..Is very east to set up and I LOVE the "call blocking" feature as I am hounded with many telemarketer calls even though I am on a "do not call list" that is worthless.
