Despite some shipping delays that were beyond the sellers control this card of 7 arrived safe and sound as it was well packaged. The seller took no accountability, blaming the USPS. Strangely enough the tracking updated the following day after I had opened the eBay case, and when I recieved the card it was post marked the day after I opening the case with eBay. Life happens, but take accountability. Lying over a $3 is crazy. That happened within days after you opened a claim. As most in the hobby know, ESE shipping does not get scanned in until it gets to regional hubs and often faces delays. You opened a claim 12 days after the item shipped, tracking updated within 2 days from the regional hub. Lying over $3 is crazy, you are 100% correct. I am sorry you faced postal delays but glad you received your card.
