- t***y (45)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseUnfortunately the laptop was damaged by UPS during transit. Aside from this damage it was as described in the listing. I messaged the seller and provided pictures. They were very understanding, quick to communicate, and polite. They sent me a return shipping label and a refund quickly and without any issue. Based on this interaction I would highly recommend this seller.Thinkpad P1 G5 16", i7-12800H 14-cores, 32GB DDR5, 512GB NVME SSD, RTX A1000 (#127992607553)
- e***m (102)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseThe laptop is in excellent condition, exactly as described and as it appeared in the photos. Overall, this was a great purchase and very good value. There was a slight discrepancy between the ad and what was actually received. After contacting the seller, they replied very quickly (less than 30 minutes) and offered a partial refund due to the mistake. Very friendly and understanding. Shipping was very fast and the laptop was packaged very well. Excellent seller, will buy from in the future.Dell Precision 3571 15", i7-12800H, 32GB DDR5, 512GB NVME SSD, NVIDIA T600 (#127692396584)
