Unfortunately the item was lost by the post office (understandable during the holidays), but the seller always kept in touch and ultimately had to refund the money. But it was only about 3 weeks until I received a full refund. Great customer service and I'm taking my chances with another order because they are so accommodating. I know I'll eventually get the items.
