caddy trays arrived stacked inside each other, which is a no-no when it comes to something that has retaining tabs to hold the hard drive. they will be usable with careful straightening, but I deducted points for sloppy and inconsiderate shipping. item did arrive fairly fast.

They evidently don't work on Sat. or Sun. Fairly slow getting here. Nicely packaged and as advertised. Probably need to order during the first 3 or 4 days of the week to take advantage of Sat. & Sun. transportation. The Post Office also had a problem.
