HP Bezel and Back Cover
Ok, the good... 1. came on time 2. each piece was in perfect shape 3. good price The bad... 1. the bezel isn't the right one for the back cover even though both part numbers were from the same service manual. 2. what good is all the positives if you end up with the wrong product? Details... The back cover was actually a little bit newer than the original piece. It fit the computer, but the bezel has plastic tabs that have no place to connect on the cover. As a workaround, I had to cut the little tabs off so it would connect, and even still, it's raised off of the back cover on the left and right sides. Conclusion... If you're going to change the part a customer orders, it would be nice to send the proper bezel for the changed part so the customer doesn't have to fight to make it work. ...
