Driver side and passenger side cv axles came as a kit. After installing it turns out that the driver side axle was defective but the passenger side was ok. I wanted a partial refund for the driver side but customer service rep said both axles needed to be returned as a kit. It’s no easy task to remove the axle and totally unnecessary in this case. So I ordered a passenger axle and they sent the wrong one. We exchanged a few emails but seller was stern. I got eBay involved for a solution.
