Very good sensor, simply connect the two wires. I anchored mine into the cement floor using a masonry bit and anchors which are not included. My old one was beginning to fail causing my alarm to fault in that zone and was well over a decade old, so this went in and no issues since. Good build quality. Orientation of the door piece, the part without the wires, should be clearer on the package photo for an end user.Very good sensor, simply connect the two wires.
