It has taken nearly 3 weeks to obtain a refund because "procedures" had to be followed! This is not the seller's fault, but for a £6.52 purchase, I feel Good Will could have been shown and the refund processed as soon as Hermes admitted that the delivery was not secure and the courier had been reported. This has put me off making future purchases on ebay. Now resolved and refund received.

This eBay seller has a very good range of chargers and cables as well, and I have bought other chargers and cables off him with excellent customer service from start to delivery.

He arrived some time after 1.00 pm today, made no effort to contact me and just threw the package over the back fence. I was in the house all day but he made no effort to contact me. I am happy enough with the cable I bought . I just wish they had used Royal Mail instead of Evri.
