the antenna cable can handle approximately 500 watts easily. with the lower SWR as possible. but at 1000W gets to warm. witch means that some of the energy staying in the cable. it might be, because antenna is not in resonance, especially, if antenna is designed by the user. or antenna elements are to thin. antenna must be "free flow", besides that. the coax is to stiffy, less flexible for better instalation. if you bend to much. you will damage cable.
