They rejected the cancellation after three days without shipping, then said no cancellations were allowed because they ship so quickly. Now l've double paid with duplicate orders. With three days up their sleeve and multiple messages from me, they could have cancelled easily if they cared enough to - especially given the amount of items I have previously purchased from them.
