I requested express shipping on this particular item. I paid for this on the 18th April, it WASN'T sent until the 23rd April.
Now, I'm going to have a distraught 4-year-old without his favourite 'Cars' character on top of his cake. Alternatively, his birthday party may be cancelled/postponed altogether, as it will not be arriving on time/ within the 'estimated' timeframe that was stated on advertised item.
Less than impressed, especially as no communication prior regarding the 'delay' in send.

I apologize for sending this item 1 day late according to my processing times of 2 business days. Personalization details were not received with the order so I had to contact you to get them which were sent through on the Friday 19th, which makes the 2 business days processing time Tuesday 23rd. Express post was not requested or chosen as the postage method at checkout.
