Poor Communications. Tried to purchase item as a make an offer with no response from the seller. I had to purchase the item a full price and now Item is not as described and shown in eBay listing. Knob was not DAC but rather plain brass knob. The package was obviously opened and replaced with a lower grade knob that sold on Ebay for half the price. I will not use this seller again in the future.

I am surprised, you are very angry that you offered $5 for this item and I refused. Why are you so angry, must I accept your $5 and ship it to you with $4.70 and pay eBay selling fee of about $1? I dont really get your frustration, but anyway, I am sure I sent you the right item, if not I will accept the return for your full refund, but you're only just angry you did not get it for $5, I am sorry, that is not how I purchased it.

Had a problem with damage.Seller should have submitted damage to UPS but was confused on this process. He was communicative. I believe this was a damaged return for resell as box had numerous shipping labels removed. Seller eventually remitted my request for 27% refund. I should have returned for full refund but too much hassle.
