First map sent was damaged by UPS. I let seller know and they replaced it for free. Can't ask for more than that. Although I will say that if they had used a heavy corrugated mailing tube for the maps in the first place they wouldn't have had any damage. I know they cost a bit more but they are worth it for any item that is flat and has to be rolled up for shipping. They would save you money in the long run.
