Perfect little banjo pip, replaced on old DIY fix with a flat head screw. I do not have a pre war Gibson, and I don't even know what that its, but this pip fits perfectly in my 1977 Hondo after a slight enlargement of the hole. String sounds and feels much better now. It looks great too!
