    Nice Switch!

    I ordered one of these just to add an extra line for my home network since I had used up the ports on my Wireless Router. Having a budget, I didn't want to spend tons of money on something fancy or with more features than I needed. Researching network switches, I noticed many favorable reviews regarding this model and ordered one. Since I've been using TP-Link routers and switches for customer installs and my own network at home, I was confident I wouldn't be let down. Once the unit came, all I needed was a patch to my WiFi router, plug in the extra cable I needed to give my DVD player in the other room connectivity and give it power with the included adapter.     Simple solution to extend network

    I find these quite nice to extend my network for IP security camera installations. Enables me to ass 7 cameras in other areas of the property rather then run 7 cables. Overall makes it simple and saves on a lot of wire

    Easy to install and works well

    I use this in a home network with 3 wired access points as well as 3 hard wired computers and many WiFi devices and it works well. It also alerted me to a defective CAT 6 cable when the status lights indicated that the particular run would fall back to 100GB. Replacing the cable run fixed the issue.
