      Not an OEM part.

      The picture shows and factory Ford box and the packages are similar to the factory part. That is all the is the same. The Ford logo is printed on the lock knob and not molded into it the way the real Ford part is. The second locking gear sits in the housing crooked and to install it you will need to bend the plastic retaining finger so the gear is square. The metal is definitely of the cheap Chinese verity. Just the act of installing it scratched and chipped a few of the teeth. If your looking for a affordable alternative to the factory parts this is not worth the money and is sure to leave you stranded with out 4x4 when you need it.

      Work great!

      The product fits a bit tight but that's fine. Likely just a new fit versus the worn out set I removed. Be careful on the tin ring that sits about 1/2 inch in from the outer cap. It needs to go in square or it bends
