The Waterford Rearing horse is absolutely stunning! It was worth every penny (priced well for it's value)! It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I would highly recommend ordering from this shop again.

My item arrived packed in a thin USPS envelope with one piece of bubble wrap. It had been bent in half! The seller suggested I should make my own claim to USPS and stated I should submit a claim for $100 to the USPS when I paid less than half of that amount. He has not volunteered to refund my money despite photos showing the item is clearly ruined. I notified him immediately. When you back a valuable item in an envelope do not expect it to not be bent!
