I first heard "Don't You Try to Lay No Boogie Woogie On the King of Rock and Roll" back in 1969, played on the King Biscuit Flour Hour from an AM radio station in Little Rock Arkansas and I have been a long time remembering the artist's name and the title of the song. I've got it now!

    Great opening dialog and tune. Bakup by longtime friend and cohort Elton and produced in part by Rod Stewart. A hidden jem and unique style that fits the bill when your in the mood. It's different......Greg
