    Got a broken non working VCR. Even though the seller says it was fully working prior to selling. Seller is saying it must of been Fedex that damaged the VCR. Though I took the VCR to a repair shop and they are saying the unit was very dirty and a couple parts are needing to be replaced. I never saw anything that would have indicated that the shipping box was damaged or mistreated in anyway.

    VCR was shipped in working/non-broken condition and have photo/video evidence. Once received the buyer immediately attempted to get money back, “wanting for a full or at least part refund so you do not have to receive a negative review,” however, buyer did not provide any proof of condition received/documentation from any repair facility to substantiate their claims. Asking for money back in exchange for not leaving a negative review is a clear violation of the eBay feedback policy on extortion.
