It's a bit heavy on my wrist, but a nice watch overall!
The watch was shipped in an attractive yellow box and I gave it as a birthday gift to a friend. The watch and band were protected by plastic seals on the crystal face-plate and wrapped around the band. It's a very attractive watch in my opinion but my friend had two complaints when trying to put it on his wrist...1) It was a heavier watch than he was used to wearing, but still 'OK' even though the band was a bit 'sloppy' on his wrist, and 2) the major complaint was the band's 'clasp' mechanism, which was rather hard to maneuver...perhaps it will be easier to clasp and unclasp this band with regular use over time, but for now it's rather 'stiff' to operate. This is not a watch that you can simply slip on your wrist...you have to maneuver the clasp twice (clasp/close the first mechanism then ... It hasn't faded or anything. I've had it over a year now. I love well priced good quality items that look and feel like "money". Also, It's not a huge watch. It's between a woman's and man's size. This is a great everyday watch
I really like Invicta watches but my mechanical is too heavy for everyday wear, plus it has to be wound which can become annoying. This one, on the other hand, is a bit smaller and quartz so it never needs winding, Japan movement, looks good. 1/3rd the price of my Seiko! What's not to like? I gave it 4 stars because I still like my Seiko more, but just barely.
