I bought two. Packed safely, shipped immediately, and delivery was within the timeframe described (sellers can rarely be sure about shippers). There are a few areas that aren't equal to the photos (detail on teeth, the base color, etc) but all things considered I see these as fantastic small plant pots. They look great despite the minor discrepancies, as the plants are the real focus. If you need these to *exactly match* the photos, be prepared to add any missing details yourself.

Buyer asked if we would like to accept a partial refund. We opened a case for return request or send us missing parts. They selling items with missing parts. Offered 75% partial refund + accepted return. No return shipping label provided. still waiting for label or 75% partial refund. Terrible Service Buyers Beware!!!!!
