      Excellent product- Excellent price

      Camera quality is perfect. Sitting four feet from camera ( I’m deaf, use Sign language. Have to sit back so upper half body can be seen). Was wearing pinstripe suit, To my surprise, camera picked up pinstripes. Wow!! If you need camera and buy more expensive, you are doing your wallet a disservice.

      Could benefit from good set up instructions

      After this camera is set up properly it works fine. I was unable to use it at first and spent a long time searching the web for good set up instructions. Finally found right clicking the speaker on the tool bar and going thru all of the drop down menu options I found the answer. Installed set up on the camera did not turn on sound boost. That resolved the issue of breaking up and low volume. Hopefully this will help others, I am now very happy with the camera and sound. I would have made this a 5 star if the setup instructions were included

      Easy install and great picture.

      Works great with Windows 10. No software setup required, just plug it in and it works. Great picture. The attachment to the monitor did not work well with my monitor as the monitor has a curved top, not flat. I have seen other cameras with the same type of attachment so this is not unique to this product. I ended up reinforcing the attachment with electrical tape to make it secure enough not to worry about.

      Great price, poor quality

      I bought this for my home office to improve video for my Zoom meetings. Install was easy as described by others but the video quality is horrible. It’s not clear whatsoever. I’ve had numerous colleagues comment on how different my video is from prior meetings. Good price poor quality.
