No, the item is not new, listing required to state as NEW means you must have invoices and seller permissions to resell Halo, Mattel, etc., this product is key coded to retail chains by EIN, you got this from a store and resold it here showing it as NEW, the damage to the front could be stated in shipping, but the bends and obvious peg hook use is evident as being on a shelf and handled. NEW means you were first to purchase for sale, this is not.

New...Unopened in original packaging. I Bought a box of them. Was never on a peg board. Funny how I have had top rated reviews on all the others I sold. Your just jealous because my selling rating is better than yours. Next time contact the seller first if you have a problem before leaving negative reviews that hurt small businesses. This you know.
