The fan is really stout and it looked nice but unfortunately doesn't pull air at idle or all the way up to 1750 rpm. After 1750 it pulls like a white dust covered stand up house fan and yes I have a shroud with the proper measurements as the instructions say and i have a brand new 4 row aluminum radiator. After finding that out i use an electric fan at low idle. I didn't really want to use an electric fan until I needed it for extra cooling. All in all I'm not really happy with this product.
