It arrived very quickly in excellent packaging and wonderful free samples of glitter. It said minimum prep, so I washed it to remove grease and gave it a light sanding. The weather was very hot, so I did it indoors with the fan on me. I did two coats and a third to touch up bits I'd missed & the top another good coat. I didn't realise it needed sealing. I have furniture wax.
