not accurate. ad says laptop has year warranty which is true but ad states battery is not warrantied due to it is a used battery. we have other ads that have the same laptop with a brand new battery. below is exactly what is in ad about battery "Note on battery.The battery has been tested to hold a charge by the actual runtime is not guaranteed. Battery is not covered under warranty due to it is considered a perishable item. In the event you need a new one they can be purchased on ebay for $20
