The seller was quickly responsive to changing the purse stitching to black instead of white. Because I thoroughly loved this purse in the brown tone, I ordered it in black, hence the black stitching. The leather on the black purse appears less supple and a bit duller than the brown bag, but I still recommend this seller. I LOVE all the pockets and the organization this handbag provides. I will order from him again.

Purchased this bag in black leather in February 2023. I'd bought one in a different color, (cognac) previously and loved it. This one had a very strong odor. I placed it outside to air out and it began to fade to red undertones. In March I reached out to the seller. It's April, and the Seller has been more concerned with blaming the problems with the bag on me rather than coming to a solution. Will not purchase again or recommend. I now own a stinky, unattractive, faded leather bag.

Yes, it is a negative experience despite the fast shipment and the very good seller's communication.In fact, items are well as shown on eBay pictures ... just that the overall quality is far below my expectations ... and unfortunately, as I had to pay 50 % duties and taxes to collect the parcel, no way to return it ! I tried to sell it locally at cost price and got a buyer ... he called me half an hour after collecting to cancel the deal : quality not as expected by his wife !! That's it !!
