I was impressed with the phone. It does seem to be in excellent condition, as advertised. The battery health shows 100%, although I think it runs through the battery a little quicker than my iPhone 11, operating the same apps. Still, it seems to work as it should, connects at 5G and has a great camera. I would buy a phone from this seller again.

Awesome customer service. Listing title stated this was an unlocked phone but in the details it was clear that the phone was locked to a specific carrier. While processing my order they took the time to email me to ensure that I was aware that it was a locked phone and to which carrier. Although used, excellent condition although battery was described to be in better health (was 78%). After negotiating, they offered partial credit which I accepted. I’m satisfied though it seems quality control in general is an issue with used phone sales. Would do business again.
