The item was listed as free shipping on the east. I'm as far east in my location as possible. However, instead of reaching out and asking me if I would be will to cover some of the shipping cost (because I know a fire pit is heavy) he refunded me and them double the price of the item so he could still say free shipping. I highly recommend buying from this store as the customer service is EXCELLENT. Long story short, his supplier in my area delivered 4/6 of the bins I ordered and one was broken. (We later found out they were out of stock and that's why only 4 were sent.)
