    The Modem/Router arrived in less than 48hrs. Real easy to install. I'm very impressed with the performance of the device. Best modem/router I've had so far. I have a spilt two level house and I'm getting my allotted bandwidth in areas that the signal is either hard to maintain or too low for use.

    I was a nervous about buying a refurbished modem/router because of other refurbished items I have bought in the past especially a pressure washer from Home Depot and a clothes dryer from Best Buy. Since they both basically mechanical items, I decided to go for it with this purchase since it was an electronic item. I saved over 50% over a new one and it has worked perfectly. It has more range and far more speed than my old Netgear router/modem. I no longer have to reboot the cable box daily.

    Looks like new to me. It was easy to setup. Working great so far. The Netgear Armor software that scans for malware attacks has a 30 day free trial, but it will be $100 a year to keep it going. The price for the router was good but I'm not going to sign up for the ongoing cost. I'll work on finding a substitute.
