Item as described; arrived quickly in perfect condition. Was difficult to install, through no fault of the seller, as the wire leads are very thin and therefore didn't work with either of two styles of tap. The trick: solder the leads that connect via tap (power and ground in my case) to a short piece of wire the same diameter as the wire you're tapping into, and insert that thicker wire into the tap. As soon as I did that, and the device saw proper 12V and ground, it functioned perfectly.
