      The balm consistency is perfect for keeping the Icy Hot in my car. Makes it creamier when parking under the sun for long periods of time. As far as pain relieve, this brand is fast and effective.

      Excellent product to address temporary and minor joint, muscle stress, or pulled ligament pain. With the popular "Icy Hot" product name, it temporarily subsides the pain along with that cool icy and hot warmth feeling. An excellent product and would recommend it to anyone.

      Helps my nerve pain in foot

      have bought ICY HOT for a while, due to strong nerve pain in my foot after lumbar surgery. Provides enough relief to sleep. Electrical pain is unreal. I get a couple/few hours relief and I sure need it.
