    The seller's response only reinforces my original feedback. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, they resorted to personal attacks and baseless accusations. My messages were polite and focused on resolving a missing item issue after over 40 days with no delivery. Instead of offering help, the seller was dismissive and aggressive. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and confirms my recommendation to avoid this seller.
