After a week I messaged to check on things, and they said, "We'll upload tracking info shortly." Well, that never happened, but a couple days later they did cancel my order and refund my money. No explanation, and I don't even know whether the item was ever even shipped. They didn't steal my money, but they did string me along for over a week. Definitely won't be purchasing anything with them anytime soon.
