The packaged arrived and the item defective due to most likely The shipping carrier rough handling of it. I am leaving positive feed back as I contacted Foxwell with the issue I was having with the camera. They checked it out and contacted me that it was bad most likely due to the above reason and were refunding me. I appreciate good Ebayer companies that don't give hassle on bad products. I will buy from them again.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the unit to work with any format including Android, Apple, Windows etc. I requested a refund and actually before I could process it all on my end they refunded my money and told me not to bother shipping the old unit back. While my intention wasn’t to get a freebie, this is an individual that will remain on my list of vendors and if possible will be making future purchases from them. All vendors could learn from this seller!
