One of the key parts (the power steering pump/alternator bracket) was not included with the original shipment, but was sent to me from the vendor. Upon future inspection it was determined that there were parts missing from the shipment. When I reached out to the customer service department by email they contacted the vendor, and they wanted proof that the product was not complete. I was asked to send a photo of the parts I received. I did. Almost a week later I’m still waiting.
