Unfortunately, the delivery took longer than promised by USPS and we apologize for this again. We were also informed that the V-Chain was removed from the damaged box upon delivery. The fact that this should not correspond to our photo and description was not communicated and is difficult to understand.
We would have liked to have been given the opportunity to rectify the problems.

Fast shipping, and item as described with one exception: width was stated to be 36 inches and item arrived at 36 1/16 inches wide. I was using this sheet of stainless steel to fill gap between countertop backsplash and new wall tile backsplash over our range, and it worked perfectly once I chiseled out 1/16" space for it to sit.
