The item that was send to me is not the same as the pictures are shown. It does not have the lock but in the picture it does and the lid is damaged

The damage was done to this item after we shipped it out, either en route to the buyer or else after the buyer received it. However we refunded the buyer $100 which was well over double the amount it would have taken to fix it. It certainly is our goal to have satisfied customers!

I sincerely apologize for all damage. That is not the way I want it to be. I have redone our packaging process now and have improved it very much. In this particular case, I refunded all damage costs.
